Rules & Regulations

  1. Exhibitors who participate in the Livestock Auction MUST BE PRESENT at the time of the auction to represent themselves and their animal. Animals will not be on display.
     

    2. Each exhibitor is limited to one entry in auction.

    3. Animals will remain the property of the exhibitor and will not become the property of the winning bidders.

    4. All proceeds go to individual exhibitors. No commission will be taken by the Warren County Fair Association. Checks will not be released to the exhibitor until funds have been collected from buyer.

    5. Successful exhibitors and bidders will be recognized in the following year’s fair book.

    6. To be eligible you must show in the 4-H show and the Jr. Show.

    7. Each exhibitor is required to volunteer 2 hrs. in the 4-H food stand during the fair.
