Since 1928, the Warren County Agricultural Fair has been a place where tradition meets community. Now, as we approach our 100th anniversary in 2028, we’re excited to announce something truly transformative—the construction of a brand-new multi-purpose building that will stand as the cornerstone of the fairgrounds for generations to come.

A New Era Begins

For the first time in nearly 40 years, the Warren County Fair Association is building a new facility—designed to serve as the front door of the fairgrounds and provide amenities we’ve never had before. This project will:

Welcome visitors of all ages with a modern, inclusive gathering space
Improve accessibility, including updated restrooms
Add a fully compliant kitchen to better serve our patrons
Provide a dedicated home for our general project, floriculture, and horticulture shows
House a centralized fair office, meeting rooms, and pageant queen areas
Offer a flexible space that can be used year-round by our community
Secure the future of the fair with a sustainable, updated facility
